The Nadmotławie B41 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area surrounding the apartment is just beginning its period of revitalization, on the way to the Old Town we will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, the yacht marina and the tenement houses of the Old Town.

A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Use of the zone is included in the apartment price.
