Downtown Apartments offer an ideal combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Grano Residence 49 is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment located on the edge of Gdańsk's Old Town. The exceptionally spacious 45 square meters guarantee a comfortable stay for two and a maximum of four people. A cozy bedroom, a pleasant living room connected to a kitchenette, a bathroom with a large shower, and a balcony providing an outdoor space - the perfect place for morning coffee.

The apartment includes a parking space in an underground garage.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building put into use at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Thanks to the hotel's proximity, it's possible to use the hotel SPA area consisting of a swimming pool, gym, and massage zone. Using it incurs an additional fee and is subject to availability.

The building is located on the Granary Island in Gdańsk, right on the edge of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafés, modern, visually attractive apartment buildings, access to the river, and closeness to the Old Town are in the immediate vicinity of the building.
