The Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of the highest hotel class and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion is provided. Guests' stay is also brightened by a welcome kit in the form of a selection of teas, coffee and basic spices.
Grano Residence 49 is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment located on the edge of Gdańsk's Old Town. The exceptionally spacious 45 square metres guarantee a comfortable stay for two and up to four people. A comfortable bedroom, a pleasant living room combined with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a large shower and a balcony that serves as outdoor space - an ideal place for morning coffee.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel development. Thanks to the hotel's proximity, it is possible to use the hotel SPA area comprising a pool, gym and a massage area. Use of it is subject to an additional fee and depends on availability.
The building is located on Granary Island in Gdańsk, right on the edge of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafés, modern, visually appealing apartment buildings, access to the river and the proximity to the Old Town are the immediate surroundings of the building.
Due to construction works near the building, noise may reach some apartments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
