The Downtown Apartments are an ideal combination of highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Grano Residence 106 is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment located on the border of Gdańsk's Old Town. An exceptionally spacious 43 square meters guarantees a comfortable stay for up to four people. A comfortable bedroom with a double bed and TV, a pleasant living room with a sofa bed, connected to a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with a shower and washing machine. An additional space is provided by a balcony - the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening drink.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building that was completed at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Due to its proximity to the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel SPA area, consisting of a pool, gym, and massage area. Usage is additionally charged and depends on availability.

The building is located on the Island of Granaries in Gdańsk, right on the edge of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, visually appealing apartment buildings, access to the river and the proximity of the Old Town are the direct neighbors of the building.
