The Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of a private apartment. Comfortable, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory toiletry set consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion. Guests' stay is also made more pleasant by a welcome set in the form of a selection of teas, coffee and basic spices.
Grano Residence 106 is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment located on the edge of Gdańsk's Old Town. An unusually spacious 43 square meters guarantees a comfortable stay for up to four people. There is a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and TV, a pleasant living room with a pull-out sofa, connected to a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Additional space is provided by a balcony - an ideal place for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building put into use at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel development. Due to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel's SPA area consisting of a pool, a gym and a massage area. Use of it is subject to an additional charge and depends on availability.
The building is located on the Granary Island in Gdańsk, right on the edge of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafés, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, river access and the close proximity of the Old Town are all immediate neighbors of the building.
