There is also a separate room in the form of a bathroom with a shower. An additional space is a large balcony - perfect for a morning coffee or an evening drink.

The Nadmotłwie C31 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town. Although the area of ​​the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town. The great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of ​​the building - consisting of a playroom for children, a gym and a sauna. The use of the zone is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent.
