The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel standards and the functionality of a private apartment. In addition, a mandatory toiletries set consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion is provided. Nadmotławie C31 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for up to a 4-person family or a group of friends. The 42-square-meter apartment will meet the expectations of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the apartment layout ensures everything is in its place. A pleasant bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The living room, furnished with a leather sofa and a SMART TV, is connected to a well-equipped kitchenette. In addition, there is a separate room in the form of a bathroom with a shower. Additional space is provided by a large balcony — ideal for morning coffee or an evening drink. 

The Nadmotławie C31 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern residential building put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only just beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by a view of the river, the yacht marina or the tenement houses of the Old Town.

A great advantage of the building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, that allows entry for vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed.  The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
