The central point of the living room is a fold-out sofa with a sleeping function. Right next to it you will find an elegant bedroom with a large, comfortable double bed, ensuring perfect relaxation after an eventful day. The bedroom is surrounded by a glass wall and a door offering an amazing view of the Motława River, which catches the first rays of the sun in the morning. On the other side of the living room there is a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary equipment to prepare a meal. The bathroom is modern in style, with a shower, soft towels and essential toiletries.

The Deo Plaza 117 apartment is located on the historic Granary Island. The building has been renovated and resembles former granaries. Located right on the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of ul. Chmielna and Ołowianka Island. There are restaurants offering cuisines from all over the world, pubs and cafes. You can often hear live music here, and the heart of the island is the "food hall", where there are restaurants with viewing terraces and the "E.Wedel" cafe.

The building has a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone and a jacuzzi available to guests for PLN 150/1.5 hour. Prior reservation is required and payment must be made at the reception of the Deo Plaza building.
