The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Deo Plaza 117 is a unique apartment on the banks of the Motława River – a place where comfort meets a picturesque landscape. Large windows illuminate the room, and their panoramic view of the Motława River delights from the first glance. At any time of the day, you can enjoy watching the calm flow of the river. It is an ideal place for couples seeking a romantic atmosphere and for solo travelers valuing comfort and the beauty of the surrounding environment.
The central point of the living room is a fold-out sofa with a sleeping function. Right next to it, you will find an elegant bedroom with a large comfortable double bed providing excellent rest after a day full of experiences. The bedroom is surrounded by glass walls and doors, offering an amazing view of the Motława River, which in the morning catches the first rays of the sun. On the other side of the living room, there is a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare meals. The bathroom is maintained in a modern style, with a shower, soft towels, and essential toiletries.
The Deo Plaza 117 apartment is located on the historic Granaries Island. The building has been renovated and resembles the old granaries in appearance. It is located right on the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. There are restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs, and cafes. Live music can often be heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall”, where you will find restaurants with viewing terraces and the E.Wedel café.
Guests have at their disposal in the building a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and a jacuzzi for a fee of 90 PLN/1.5 hours. Prior reservation is required, which together with payment must be made at the Radisson hotel reception. The pool has a limit of 35 people, with priority access for Radisson Hotel Guests.
If interested in renting a parking space for 100 PLN/day, please contact us at +48 786 668 780 no later than 7:00 PM. The possibility of renting a private parking space depends on availability. The entry height to the garage is 1.9 m.
Thanks to the location in the city center, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere – however, it is worth remembering that typical downtown noises may occur at night.
Please note that a refundable deposit of 500 PLN will also be blocked on the credit/debit card provided at the time of booking.
