The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, the mandatory set of toiletries includes shampoo and a pleasantly scented shower gel. Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set consisting of a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

SPA 96 is a very pleasant apartment located on the 8th floor of an equally comfortable apartment building. This modern apartment offers a unique design and top-level comfort.

The living room as the central point of the apartment is a place where you can gather together after a full day of experiences. It features a sofa with a sleeping function, and opposite it a TV. The fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare delicious meals that can be enjoyed at the dining table.

Guests have at their disposal two separate bedrooms. Moving to the first bedroom, it contains a double bed ensuring excellent sleep and rest. The thoughtful room arrangement also includes a wardrobe providing enough space to store clothes and other personal items. The second bedroom features a large double bed.

The apartment has two bathrooms, each equipped with a toilet and a rain shower. This is an ideal place to relax during a bath after an active day.

A great advantage of the apartment is the pleasant balcony with an amazing view of the Motława River.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage. The parking space is intended for cars with a maximum weight of 2 tons, length of 5 meters, and height of 1.75m.

The building is located by the Motława River, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town. Besides the pool and excellent location, there is a terrace on the roof with an incredible view of the Old Town and surroundings. It is an ideal place for sunbathing, and the building's height means we are closer to the sun.
