The apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in 2023. It is situated right by the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky observation wheel located just next to it, on the Ołowianka island. The Old Town is only a few minutes' walk from the apartment. On the way to the Old Town you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom and a sauna available for an additional charge.
