The apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky observation wheel located just next door, on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and service outlets. The building features a pleasant, greened terrace. A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and attractive appearance, is the building's common area — which includes a free gym, a children's playroom and an additional paid sauna.
