The apartment is located in a modern residential building opened for use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located nearby on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you will find various restaurants, shops and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, greened terrace. A great advantage of the building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building — consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom and a sauna available for an additional fee.
