The terrace is the perfect place for morning coffee, relaxing reading or evening gatherings at sunset.

The Nadmotławie C3 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization, you will still be accompanied on the way to the Old Town by continuous views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's tenement houses.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's communal area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
