The Nadmotławie C21 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The Old Town is only a few minutes' walk away. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will still be accompanied by continuous views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's tenement houses.

A major advantage of the building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows access for cars with a maximum height of 2 metres. The garage also permits cars equipped with an LPG system. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
