The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area is only beginning its revitalization, yet on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by the view of the river, the yacht marina and the tenement houses of the Old Town.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's communal area — consisting of a playroom for children and a gym. Use of this area is included in the apartment price.​
