Apartments Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of top hotel standards and the functionality of a private flat. Nadmotławie 142 is an excellent choice for a pleasant weekend in Gdańsk. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults or a family 2+2. Despite its modest size — it is 28 m² — it will meet the needs of most guests. A feature that definitely sets it apart is the outdoor space. An additional usable area of the apartment is a large balkony — an ideal place for children to play and for slightly older guests to relax. The apartment is comfortably furnished, and its layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, a sofa bed and a SMART TV.

The apartment Nadmotławie 142 is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area is only just beginning its revitalization, but nevertheless on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the tenement houses of the Old Town.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym, and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows entry to cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows cars equipped with LPG systems to enter. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately beyond our control. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
