The apartment, despite its modest size — it is 28m2 — will meet the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is fully air-conditioned and comfortably furnished. The layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed (or two single beds), next to it a SMART TV and a fold-out sofa opposite. In this compact space there is room for a table with four chairs, which will easily provide comfort during a morning breakfast and any other meal. Food preparation is possible in a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a stay of several days. Additional space is provided by a fairly large balcony, from which you can see the famous Gdańsk Shipyard cranes and the Motława River.

The apartment Nadmotławie 126 is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the surrounding area is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's historic townhouses.

A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also permits cars equipped with an LPG system. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
