The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building completed at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Thanks to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel SPA area consisting of a pool, gym, and massage zone. Use of these facilities is subject to an additional fee and availability.

The building is located on Spichrzów Island in Gdańsk, just on the border of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, visually attractive apartment buildings, access to the river, and closeness to the Old Town is the direct neighborhood of the building.
