ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The modern studio maintained in warm, soothing shades of beige and off-white with subtle accents of gold exudes calmness and elegance. This harmonious combination of style and comfort creates a perfect space for relaxation, where it's easy to feel at home.

• The apartment is equipped with a comfortable double bed, opposite which there is a 4K Smart TV with access to, among others, YouTube and Netflix, as well as a delicate, minimalist RTV unit. Next to it there is a small dining table with chairs, perfect both for morning coffee and an intimate meal. The whole is complemented by a smart home system, enabling convenient control of lighting and temperature.

• The apartment features a balcony with chairs, overlooking the inner courtyard – it is an ideal place to relax with morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

• The kitchenette is designed with functionality in mind – guests have at their disposal a hob, a modern Samsung oven with convection, grill function and microwave, as well as a large fridge with a No Frost system and freezer. The apartment also has a dishwasher — a practical convenience that saves time and facilitates daily functioning. There is also a coffee machine and electric kettle. For guests’ comfort, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.

• The whole is complemented by an elegant bathroom with a bathtub and shower. A washing machine is also available to guests, providing additional comfort during longer stays. Hotel towels and a basic set of cosmetics have been prepared for guests.

​​IMPORTANT AMENITIES

There is an underground paid parking garage "Interparking Chmielna 110" in the building (5 PLN per hour), with availability of spaces depending solely on the parking operator.

​Next door in the building there is a pool, sauna, SPA zone and massage and jacuzzi paid 150 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required, which together with payment must be made at the reception desk at Prana SPA in the Radisson hotel.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment's location is unique. Exiting the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic Old Town tenement houses, and the historic Żuraw crane. On the ground floor of the adjacent building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and a popular evening meeting place, SASSY club.
