Deo Plaza 403 is a unique apartment on the banks of the Motława River – a place where comfort meets picturesque scenery. Large windows brighten the room, and their panoramic view of the Motława River delights at first glance. It's an ideal place for couples seeking a romantic atmosphere.

The central point of the living room is the sofa bed, and opposite it is the television. On the other side of the living room is the kitchenette, equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare a meal. Right next to it is an elegant bedroom with a large, comfortable double bed, guaranteeing excellent rest after a day full of impressions. The bathroom is designed in a modern style, with a shower, soft towels, and essential toiletries.

A pleasant balcony with a view of the city and the Motława River is perfect for a sip of morning coffee.

The Deo Plaza 403 apartment is located on the historic Granaries Island. The building has been renovated and resembles former granaries in appearance. It is situated right by the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. There are restaurants here offering cuisines from around the world, pubs and cafes. Live music can often be heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall”, where there are restaurants with viewing terraces and the “E.Wedel” cafe.

Guests have at their disposal in the building a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and a jacuzzi for a fee of 90 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required, which must be made along with payment at the Radisson hotel reception. The pool has a limit of 35 people, with Radisson Hotel guests given priority entry.

Thanks to the location in the very city center, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, please note that typical downtown sounds may appear at night.
