The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel standards with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Deo Plaza 313 is a unique apartment on the banks of the Motława River – a place where comfort meets a picturesque landscape. Large windows brighten the room, and the panoramic view from the balcony of the Motława River captivates at first sight. At any time of the day, you can enjoy watching the calm flow of the river.
The central point of the apartment is a fold-out sofa with a sleeping function. Here you will also find a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare a meal. The bedroom contains two large double beds. The bathroom is maintained in a modern style, with a shower, soft towels, and essential toiletries.
An undeniable advantage of the apartment is the pleasant balcony with a unique view of the Motława River. It is perfect for a sip of morning coffee or an evening drink.
The Deo Plaza 313 apartment is located on the historic Granary Island. The building has been renovated and resembles old granaries in appearance. Situated right on the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. Here you will find restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs and cafés. Live music can often be heard here, and the heart of the island is the "food hall," which hosts restaurants with view terraces and the café “E.Wedel.”
Guests have access to a swimming pool, sauna, spa and massage zone, and a jacuzzi for a fee of 90 PLN/1.5h. Advanced reservation is required and payment must be made at the Radisson hotel reception. The pool has a limit of 35 people; Radisson Hotel guests have priority admission.
If you are interested in renting a parking space for 100 PLN/day, please contact us by phone at +48 786 668 780 no later than 7:00 PM. The possibility to rent a private parking spot depends on availability. The height clearance for the garage entrance is 1.9m.
Thanks to its central location, our Guests can fully experience the city’s atmosphere — however, please remember that typical downtown sounds may appear at night.
