Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Deo Plaza 312 is a unique apartment on the banks of the Motława River – a place where comfort meets a picturesque landscape. Large windows brighten the room, and their panoramic view of the Motława River captivates at first glance. It is an ideal place for couples seeking a romantic atmosphere.

The central point of the living room is a sofa bed, opposite which there is a television and a set of speakers from the renowned Finnish company Genelec, which can be connected via Bluetooth, guaranteeing excellent sound quality. On the other side of the living room, there is a kitchenette, equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare meals. Additionally, guests have two spacious wardrobes at their disposal, providing plenty of storage space.

Right next to it, there is an elegant bedroom with a large comfortable double bed, ensuring a perfect rest after a day full of experiences. The bedroom is surrounded by glass walls and doors, offering an amazing view of the Motława River, which catches the first rays of the sun in the morning. For full comfort, the bedroom is equipped with hotel-standard curtains providing 100% blackout, ensuring privacy. 

The bathroom is kept in a modern style, with a shower, soft towels, and essential toiletries. 

A pleasant balcony with a view of the city and the Motława River is perfect as a place for a sip of morning coffee.

The Deo Plaza 312 apartment is located on the historic Granaries Island. The building has been renovated and resembles old granaries in appearance. It is situated right on the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. Here you will find restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs, and cafes. Live music is often heard here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall”, which houses restaurants with viewing terraces and the “E.Wedel” café.

Guests have access to an indoor swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone, and jacuzzi for a fee of 90 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required, which, along with payment, should be made at the Radisson hotel reception. The pool has a capacity limit of 35 people, with priority admission given to Radisson Hotel Guests.

Thanks to its location in the city center, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, please keep in mind that typical downtown sounds may occur at night.
