ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The apartment impresses with its modern decor and thoughtful layout, creating a space conducive both to relaxation and comfortable everyday living. On an area of 50 m² it includes everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the whole has been prepared with up to 4 adults in mind.

• The central point is the air-conditioned living room decorated in subdued colors, with a large sofa bed providing additional sleeping space. Opposite is a TV with Smart TV function, allowing you to comfortably relax while watching your favorite programs.

• From the living room, there is an exit to the balcony, which offers a view of a modern housing estate.

• The kitchenette has been integrated to maximize the use of space while maintaining a light arrangement. Guests have an oven, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, and kettle at their disposal, which allows for easy meal preparation at any time of day. Right next to it is a comfortable dining table with a set of soft chairs, perfect for both shared meals and evening planning of the following days. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices.

• The bedroom is decorated in a minimalist, elegant style. It features a comfortable double bed, a practical workspace, and a spacious wardrobe, making even longer stays exceptionally comfortable. Subdued colors and natural light create an atmosphere conducive to rest.

• The bathroom combines functionality with a high standard of finish. A spacious walk-in shower, washer, and hairdryer ensure daily comfort, while bright, elegant materials add lightness and a modern character to the interior. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries are prepared for guests.

Excellent public transport – buses, trams, and metro – allows quick access to the Old Town, the Vistula Boulevards, and trendy Powiśle. This is a convenient, modern, and prestigious area, perfect as a base for exploring Warsaw.
