Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest to the bedroom is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests are also greeted with a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Scala 37 is a pleasant, stylish, and completely furnished apartment designed for a maximum of four people. It features extraordinary decor, warmth, and spaciousness. Our guests can feel at home here. It has everything you need for a few days or a longer stay.

The living room features a sofa bed, opposite which is a TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped, and meals can be enjoyed at a four-person table. The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The apartment also obviously includes a bathroom with a comfortable bathtub and washing machine.

An additional space is provided by a balcony, the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink.

The apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage.

Scala 37 is located on the second floor of a modern apartment building. It is situated right next to the borders of the Old Town, in close proximity to the historic Academy of Music. The area around the apartment encourages walks and enjoying the charms of the city.
