​ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The presented apartment is a stylish, modern studio of 38m2 with a separate sleeping area, which delights with an elegant combination of bottle green, powder pink and gold accents. The space has been designed with maximum comfort and aesthetics in mind, creating the perfect conditions for both a romantic stay for two, and a comfortable business trip or weekend city break. The apartment is intended for a maximum of four adults.

• Sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable double bed with an upholstered headboard and high-quality hotel bedding. Carefully selected lighting and decorative wallpaper give the interior a cozy, elegant character.
• In the living area there is a comfortable sofa, which can serve as an additional sleeping place or a space for relaxation. Large glazed windows provide excellent natural light and lead to a private balcony equipped with a table and chairs – an ideal spot for morning coffee or an evening rest.
• The modern kitchenette features green matte fronts, gold handles and a light countertop with an elegant pattern. The kitchenette is fully equipped – at guests' disposal are a hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, a full set of dishes and kitchen utensils. There is also a comfortable dining area with a round table and four chairs, suitable for shared meals and gatherings. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic condiments has been prepared.
• The bathroom is kept in light, elegant tones using large-format tiles with a marble finish and gold fixtures, which give the interior a luxurious character. At guests' disposal is a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and a practical washbasin with a large mirror. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries have been prepared, ensuring the highest level of comfort.

LOCATION

The Nadmotławie C42 apartment is located in a modern residential building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's historic buildings.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

A major advantage of the building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the communal area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately beyond our control. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
