Nowa Motława SPA 18 is a comfortably equipped apartment located in an equally comfortable apartment building. The 41-meter apartment consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage.

A few floors below the apartment there is a SPA zone consisting of a swimming pool, sauna and gym. Using it is subject to an additional fee and is subject to availability.

The apartment is located on Granary Island, which is experiencing a real revival. Nice restaurants and cafes, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, access to the river and proximity to the Old Town are its greatest advantages.
