Nadmotławie C6 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a family of 6, a group of friends or a couple who value high comfort and space. Despite its small size (50 m2), the apartment will meet the requirements of the most demanding people. The living room is equipped with a comfortable and stylish sofa, a round table with four chairs and a TV with the SMART function. This room is connected to a very well-equipped kitchenette. Dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, fridge with freezer, microwave. In addition, there are an appropriate number of table settings, various glassware and tools to facilitate the preparation of meals. The larger bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed, a dressing table for morning preparation, a large wardrobe and a TV with the SMART function. The smaller bedroom has a 140 cm bed. The wardrobe was replaced by an open hanger - perfect for a multi-day stay. The bathroom, to suit everyone's taste, is equipped with a comfortable shower. The washing machine with dryer function is located in the wardrobe in the hall.
The Nadmotławie C6 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area surrounding the apartment is just beginning its period of revitalization, on the way to the Old Town we will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, the yacht marina and the tenement houses of the Old Town. A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, gym and sauna. Use of the zone is included in the apartment price.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry to cars equipped with an LPG installation. The cost of renting a place in the hall is PLN 5/hour, PLN 40/day.
