This 29-square-metre apartment is an excellent base for a couple who value comfort and a pleasant, well-organised space conducive to relaxation.

• The comfortable studio offers a comfortable double bed placed opposite the TV with cable channels and Smart TV functionality, creating the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Large windows provide beautiful natural light and a view of the surroundings.

• The private balcony with a set of chairs lets you enjoy your morning coffee outdoors or relax in the evening while watching the sunset.

• Kitchenette is fully equipped — guests have at their disposal a cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and a kettle. It's an ideal place to prepare meals in comfortable conditions. For guests' convenience a welcome kit with coffee, tea and basic spices is provided.

The Nadmotławie estate is an exceptional location on the banks of the New Motława, just a 10-minute walk from Gdańsk's Old Town and its main attractions such as the Long Market, Neptune Fountain and the Crane. In the immediate vicinity there are the marina, riverside promenade, Baltic Philharmonic and numerous restaurants and cafés. You can walk to the Museum of the Second World War or the European Solidarity Centre in about 15 minutes. Brzeźno Beach is approximately a 20-minute drive by car or tram, and other seaside districts such as Jelitkowo or Stogi are equally easy to reach. It's an ideal spot for those who value proximity to the city center and relaxation by the water.
