The Deo Plaza 320 apartment is located on the historic Granary Island. The building has been renovated and resembles former granaries. Located right on the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of ul. Chmielna and Ołowianka Island. There are restaurants offering cuisines from all over the world, pubs and cafes. You can often hear live music here, and the heart of the island is the "food hall", where there are restaurants with viewing terraces and the "E.Wedel" cafe.

The building has a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone and a jacuzzi available to guests for PLN 150/1.5 hour. Prior reservation is required and payment must be made at the reception of the Deo Plaza building.
