Downtown Apartments are a perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, good-smelling gel, hair conditioner and body balm. Our guests' stay will also be made more pleasant by a welcome set in the form of a package of tea, coffee and basic spices.
Chmielna Grande is an apartment perfect for a family or a group of friends. The 80m2 space can accommodate up to six people. However, two couples or a family of 4 will enjoy full comfort in the apartment, as they can enjoy separate bedrooms and a shared living room with a kitchenette. Both bedrooms are equipped with large, comfortable beds. A large, 40-square-meter living room makes afternoons spent in the apartment really pleasant. Two toilets add comfort. A well-equipped kitchen, the size of which matches the rest of the apartment, is a pleasant place to cook a family meal.
The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building opened a few years ago. It is located on Granary Island, which is experiencing a real revival. Nice restaurants and cafes are located on the ground floor of the building. The immediate neighborhood includes modern, eye-catching apartment buildings. Access to the river and proximity to the Old Town are additional advantages of the location.
