The apartment is located on the 6th, top floor of a modern apartment building completed at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel development. Thanks to the proximity of the hotel, guests can use the hotel's SPA area consisting of a pool, gym and massage area. Use of these facilities is subject to an additional fee and depends on availability.
The building is located on Spichrzów Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafés, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, river access and proximity to the Old Town are the immediate surroundings of the building.
