A spacious and functional apartment furnished in light, natural tones with a view of the Motława River. An ideal choice for a family stay, a romantic weekend, or a short city break.
The apartment features:
A comfortable seating area with a large, sofa bed and coffee tables – ideal for relaxing after a day full of experiences.
An elegant bedroom with a double bed. Right next to it is a desk with a mirror – an excellent place for a moment of concentration or a morning coffee with a view of the water.
Large windows and a French balcony that let in plenty of natural light and allow you to enjoy the exceptional location.
Kitchenette, which has been equipped with everything necessary for a holiday such as an oven and a microwave. An undeniable convenience is also the welcome set consisting of coffee, tea and basic spices. Right next to it is a comfortable dining area with a stylish round table and four soft chairs.
In a separate, lockable room there is a bedroom with two single beds. It is a quiet and comfortable space designed for restorative sleep.
Next to the bedroom there is a small wardrobe. Although compact, it has been designed practically – it can hold suitcases, clothes and other personal items, keeping the rest of the apartment neat and tidy.
Bathroom with a walk-in shower. For guests' convenience we have prepared a toiletry set, which includes a gentle shampoo and an aromatic shower gel. Fresh towel sets are also available.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.
The parking space is intended for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions not exceeding 5 meters in length and 1.5 meters in height.
Detailed instructions, including the number and exact dimensions of the space, can be found in the offer and in the check-in instructions sent on the day of arrival. Improper parking will require calling service personnel and will incur an additional fee.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a modern apartment building situated right on the bank of the Motława River. The building offers access to a SPA area, which includes: a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a gym. Use of the facilities is subject to availability.
Please be advised that use of the SPA area is not recommended until April 30, 2026.
