Nadmotławie Estate 124 is an exceptional studio. The main asset of the apartment is its modern furniture as well as subtle, warm LED lighting, which brightens the interior. The sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable double bed with a high upholstered headboard, above which there is a mirrored ceiling, enhancing the sense of space and luxury. Atmospheric lighting, including designer lamps, creates an intimate atmosphere ideal for romantic evenings.

A unique feature of the apartment is the freestanding bathtub, which is located behind a glass wall in the bathroom area. Transparent elements give the interior lightness while also adding a touch of luxury. This space features marble finishes and gold details that harmonize with the rest of the arrangement.

The kitchenette is fully equipped and practical, offering an induction hob and a microwave, which allows for meal preparation without compromise. Glossy white finishes and gold accents emphasize the modern character of the interior.​

The apartment is located in a modern residential building put into use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located just next door, on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and service outlets.

On the premises there is a pleasant, greened terrace. A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's shared area — consisting of a free gym, a playroom for children and a sauna available for an additional charge.
