Although modest in size at 30 m2, the apartment will meet the expectations of the most demanding guests. It is stylishly furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. There is a comfortable double bed, with a large SMART TV directly opposite. In this compact space there is room for a table that easily provides comfort for a morning breakfast or any other meal. Meal preparation is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette containing everything needed for a stay of several days or longer. A separate room houses the bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Additional space is provided by a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture. The balcony is an ideal spot for morning coffee and an evening drink. ​

The Nadmotławie 79 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The neighbourhood is only beginning its revitalisation, however on the way to the Old Town you will continuously be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's tenement houses.

A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional charge.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also allows cars equipped with LPG systems to enter. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed.  The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
