Nadmotławie 108 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two. Although the apartment is small, at 29m2 it will satisfy the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures everything is in its place. A very comfortable double bed, opposite which is a SMART TV. In this compact space there is room for a table with chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast and any other meal. Meal preparation is made possible by a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a stay of several days. Additional space is provided by a generously sized balcony connected to an English garden. The balcony is furnished with balcony furniture.

The apartment Nadmotławie 108 is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area is only beginning its revitalization, however on the way to the Old Town you will continuously be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's communal area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows vehicles up to 2 metres in height to enter. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG system. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
