The apartment is located in a modern residential building commissioned in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located nearby, on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. A major advantage of the building, besides its location and attractive appearance, is the shared area of the building — consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom and an additionally payable sauna.
