The apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire the Gdańsk panorama from the Amber Sky Ferris wheel located just next door on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you will find various restaurants, shops and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, landscaped terrace. A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and attractive appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom and an additional paid sauna.
