Nadmotławie C14 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a couple or a family with a child. Despite its modest size—the apartment is 35 m2—it will meet the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, opposite it a SMART TV and a sofa bed. In this compact space there is room for a table with four chairs, which will comfortably accommodate a morning breakfast or any other meal. Meal preparation is possible in a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a stay of several days.
The Nadmotławie C14 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area is only beginning its revitalization, but on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy the views of the river, the yacht marina or the Old Town tenements.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the communal area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available at an extra charge.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 metres. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is PLN 5/hour, PLN 40/day.
