The Nadmotławie A14 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The neighbourhood is only beginning its revitalization, however, even so, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Use of the area is included in the apartment price.
