At Downtown Apartments, we fully understand what it means to combine the best location with comfort for relaxation. A perfect example of this is our new apartment Granaria B601, located on the historic Granary Island – right in the heart of Gdańsk.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT

Granaria B601 was designed with comfort and convenience for 6 people in mind, making it perfect for both family holidays and stays with friends. 

• On the first level, there is a cozy living room with a large skylight window that provides natural light and views of the surroundings. Here you will find a comfortable, convertible sofa which can serve as extra sleeping space for two people.
  
  
• In the same area, there is a modern kitchenette – fully equipped with necessary appliances (hob, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, dishes), allowing comfortable meal preparation. Guests also have at their disposal a round dining table, ideal for shared meals or working on a laptop. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
  
  
• From the living room, stairs to the upper floor lead to two separate bedrooms. Each is equipped with a large, comfortable double bed ensuring a peaceful and restorative sleep. The bedrooms contain open hotel-style wardrobes.
  
  
• The apartment has two bathrooms – one on the ground floor and one upstairs. Both are modern, tidy, and equipped with showers, significantly enhancing the comfort of the stay, especially for larger groups of guests. On-site you'll find hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries – shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, and soap.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

The building has an underground paid parking garage "Interparking Chmielna 110" (5 PLN per hour), but parking space availability depends solely on the parking operator.

​Next door to the building, there is a pool, sauna, SPA area and massage and jacuzzi paid 150 PLN/1.5 hours. Advance reservation is required, which together with the payment must be made at the reception desk Prana SPA at the Radisson Hotel.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a modern apartment building opened in 2024, which is part of the most important Gdańsk investment in recent years. The apartment's location is unique. Exiting the building means encountering pleasant views: the river, historic Old Town townhouses, and the historic Żuraw Crane. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and the popular evening meeting spot, the SASSY club.
