The spacious studio apartment is the perfect blend of comfort and functionality, ensuring a comfortable stay both for couples and solo travelers.

• The studio features a comfortable double bed, opposite which there is a TV with cable channels. Guests also have at their disposal a sofa, a functional work desk, and a spacious wardrobe for storing belongings.
  

• The studio leads out to a balcony, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or relax after a day full of experiences.

• The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette featuring a hob, electric kettle, and a coffee machine, allowing for self-prepared meals. Right beside it is a dining table with chairs, which also serves as a convenient workspace. For guest comfort, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.

• The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, hairdryer, as well as a set of basic toiletries and towels. The light-colored space is designed to provide maximum comfort during your stay.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building situated right on the bank of the Motława River. The building offers access to a SPA zone, which includes: pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. Use of amenities is subject to availability.
