Downtown Apartments is the perfect combination of the highest hotel quality with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests are also welcomed with a welcome set including a package of tea, coffee, and basic spices.

SPA 83 is a very pleasant apartment located on the 7th floor of a no less comfortable apartment building. This modern apartment offers exceptional design and comfort at the highest level.

The living room as the central point of the apartment is a place where one can gather together after a day full of experiences. There is a sofa with a sleeping function, and opposite it a television. The fully equipped kitchenette allows for the preparation of delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table. Moving to the bedroom, you will find a charming corner designed for relaxation after a day of sightseeing or work. A comfortable double bed ensures a relaxing sleep, and the cozy atmosphere allows you to unwind and recharge for another day. There is, of course, a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

A big advantage of the apartment is the pleasant balcony with an amazing view of the Motława River.

The building is located by the Motława River, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town. Besides the pool and excellent location, there is a roof terrace with an amazing view of the Old Town and the surrounding area. It's the perfect place for sunbathing, and the height of the building ensures we are closer to the sun.
