The 50 m² apartment is an elegant and fully equipped space designed for the comfort of up to 4 adults.

There is a comfortable, fold-out sofa, a coffee table, and a television with channel access and Smart TV functionality. Large windows lead to a sunny loggia, making the interior full of natural light.

• A large, sunlit loggia with a set of furniture is the perfect place for morning coffee or evening relaxation with a view of the city panorama.

• The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a hob, oven, and dishwasher. The stylish cabinetry and black marble finishes add elegance to the interior, and the comfortable table with upholstered chairs encourages shared meals. A welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is provided for guests' convenience.

• A cozy bedroom with a large, comfortable double bed and television ensures a comfortable rest. The built-in wardrobe easily stores your belongings, and a large window lets in plenty of light, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The apartment includes a parking space in an underground garage hall. The parking space is intended for cars with a maximum weight of 2 tons, length of 5 meters, and height of 1.75m.

The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a modern apartment building situated right on the Motława River, with free access to the spa zone with sauna and jacuzzi. Chmielna 63 Street is a unique place on the map of Gdańsk – located in a quiet part of Granary Island it combines the proximity of the historic Old Town with modern architecture and the convenience of city life. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and a marina from which you can embark on a cruise on the Motława River. A walk along the waterfront leads to the city's major attractions, such as the Crane, Długa Street, Artus Court, and the St. Mary's Basilica. It is an ideal place to discover the charms of Gdańsk while resting in comfortable conditions.
