ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The SPA 25B studio is a stylish studio apartment, ideal for couples or solo travelers who appreciate modern design, comfort and the possibility to relax at the highest level. Guests also have access to the free spa zone located in the building.

• The bright living area has been designed with comfort and functionality in mind. It features a comfortable double bed with a soft headboard, bedside tables with lamps and a television, which will make your time during evening relaxation more enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere of the interior is created by light colors, wooden finishes, and carefully selected details. It is the perfect place for both relaxation and a peaceful sleep after an intense day of sightseeing.

• From the living area, you can step out onto a private balcony, which is an excellent extension of the apartment. It is an ideal space for morning coffee, afternoon reading or evening relaxation in the fresh air.

• Kitchenette styled in a modern way offers a oven, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, as well as a dining area with a comfortable table and chairs – a perfect place for both meals and work. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is prepared.

• Bathroom with a shower type and washing machine has been finished with attention to every detail – blue accents and natural wood create a relaxing atmosphere. Hotel towels and a basic set of cosmetics have been prepared for guests.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage. The parking spot is intended for cars with a maximum weight of 2 tons, length of 5 meters and height of 1.75m.

The building features a SPA zone, including a gym, sauna, jacuzzi and a swimming pool.

On the roof, there is a terrace with an amazing view of the Old Town and surroundings.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building situated right above the Motława River, with free access to the spa zone with sauna and jacuzzi. Chmielna Street 63 is a unique spot on the map of Gdańsk – located in a quiet part of Spichrzów Island, it combines the proximity of the historic Old Town with modern architecture and the comfort of city life. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous restaurants, cafes, boutiques and a marina, from which you can set off on a Motława river cruise. A walk along the waterfront leads to the city's major attractions, such as the Cranes, Długa Street, Artus Court and the St. Mary's Basilica. It is the perfect place to discover the charms of Gdańsk and simultaneously relax in comfortable conditions.
