ABOUT THE APARTMENT
Spacious, air-conditioned two-level apartment with an area of 79 m², designed for the convenience of a larger number of guests and comfortable relaxation, intended for up to 8 people. The interior combines a functional layout with a modern, cozy decor, making it perfect for family stays, trips with friends, as well as longer business stays. The bright arrangement, carefully selected furnishings, and practical amenities create a coherent and comfortable living and relaxation space.
First floor:
- The living room is the central part of the daily area and is arranged as a place conducive to rest and spending time together. It features two sofa beds, one of which can serve as an additional sleeping place, which significantly increases the functionality of the apartment. In the corner of the room there is a TV with Smart TV that provides convenience during evening relaxation. An additional advantage of the interior is a bio-fireplace, which gives the living room a cozy, elegant character and creates a unique atmosphere conducive to relaxation. The whole forms a pleasant, comfortable space with a modern and welcoming character. In the hallway there is a spacious wardrobe that facilitates organization and storage, as well as a dressing table, adding elegance and functionality to the interior.
- From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony, which additionally brightens the interior and creates a pleasant space for relaxation.
- The kitchenette is equipped with all the important amenities needed for daily use - oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. This makes the space not only aesthetic but also very convenient and practical for both short and longer stays. Right next to it there is a dining table with chairs, creating a perfect place for shared meals, morning coffee, or evening gatherings. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
- On the first floor there is a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, designed as a cozy private relaxation zone. Opposite the bed there is a TV with Smart TV, which further enhances the stay comfort. A great advantage of the room is also a designated work area, ideal for people who combine their trip with professional duties. The bedroom also has access to the balcony, providing natural light and emphasizing the spaciousness of the interior.
- The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a shower and a washing machine, thus meeting the needs of daily, comfortable use. Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic cosmetics set, including shower gel, shampoo, and soap.
Second floor:
- On the upper level there is another bedroom with a double bed, opposite which there is a TV with Smart TV. An additional advantage of this room is a desk, which creates a comfortable space for work, study, or organizing daily duties. The room combines a relaxing function with practical use, maintaining a cozy and aesthetic character.
- The second bedroom on the floor is designed as a comfortable night space with a double bed. Opposite it is a TV with Smart TV, providing extra comfort and promoting relaxation after a whole day. This is a pleasant, calm interior, ideal for rest and regeneration.
- The upper level also has a second bathroom with a shower, which is a great convenience for a larger number of guests.
