The Polana Resort C23 apartment, situated in a picturesque mountain setting, offers a tranquil atmosphere close to nature and interiors designed with comfort and an aesthetic inspired by the region.

​ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The apartment with a 75 m² area offers a spacious, comfortable space for up to 8 adults, ideal for a shared mountain getaway. Natural light, a multi-level layout and proximity to the mountain scenery create a unique atmosphere conducive to relaxation after a day of hiking, and mornings with views of the peaks give the stay a truly mountain character.

First floor – living area

• Living room is furnished in a bright, modern style and provides a comfortable place to spend time together. A sofa bed, a comfortable armchair and a TV encourage relaxation, while direct access to the balcony allows you to enjoy the mountain view.
• Kitchenette has been functionally designed and is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven and induction hob, and a large dining table with chairs creates an ideal space for shared meals. For guests' convenience, a welcome kit with coffee, tea and basic spices is provided.
• Bedroom on the first floor is a calm, cozy space equipped with a double bed, desk and wardrobe, ensuring comfortable rest after an active day.
• Bathroom is decorated in a modern style and equipped with a shower, washing machine and hairdryer, which guarantees convenience for both short and longer stays. For guests, hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries have been prepared.

Second floor – sleeping and relaxation area

• Second bedroom, located on the upper floor, offers a double bed, desk and a spacious wardrobe, creating a comfortable space for sleep and work.
• Third bedroom is kept in a consistent style and is also equipped with a double bed, providing comfort and privacy.
• Balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains and is an ideal place for a morning coffee or an evening rest in the fresh air, surrounded by peaceful mountain scenery. 
• Separate toilet on the second floor increases the comfort of using the apartment, especially with a larger number of guests.

​IMPORTANT AMENITIES

The apartment is air-conditioned.

On the premises there is a children's playground and ornamental ponds, which in the summer are available as swimming spots for guests.

The apartment includes an outdoor parking space.

LOCATION

Kościelisko is a picturesque village at the foot of the Western Tatras, located right next to Zakopane, ideal for those seeking a mountain atmosphere and tranquility year-round. The Enklawa Polany development allows you to enjoy close proximity to nature and beautiful views, with easy access to the region's attractions.

In spring and summer, the area is ideal for hiking and cycling trips, with easy access to the Kościeliska and Chochołowska Valleys.

In autumn it enchants with silence, the colors of the forests and excellent conditions for walks and relaxation.

In winter Kościelisko attracts skiing enthusiasts, cross-country skiers and other winter sports fans, offering a truly mountain atmosphere at any time of year.
