The apartment consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a seating area, a bedroom with a large bed and a spacious wardrobe and a bathroom with a bathtub. An additional space is provided by a balcony, which can be accessed from each room, it is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and the view of the surrounding greenery will make drinking your morning coffee or soothing after a whole day of using nearby attractions.

The parking space belonging to the apartment is located in the garage hall, which you can reach by elevator from every level of the building.

Our apartment is part of an exclusive, intimate estate, whose buildings resemble luxurious villas surrounded by a garden.

Nowe Orłowo is located in the seaside, summer resort part of Gdynia, between Orłowska and Spacerowa streets. A few minutes is enough to reach the seaside, enjoy the beach, swim, walk. You can gaze at the waves on the oldest pier in Europe or sit in a seaside cafe. A nature reserve with a characteristic cliff and walking trails dominates over Nowy Orłowo. Nearby, the Kolibki Park hosts summer concerts, and there is a theater on the beach below. The adventure park offers more extreme attractions.
