The apartment is located in a modern apartment building completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The Gdańsk panorama can be admired from the Amber Sky Ferris wheel located nearby, on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town . On the way to the Old Town you will find various restaurants, shops and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and attractive appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom and a paid sauna.
