The Nadmotławie A7 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's historic buildings. A major advantage of the building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Use of the common area is included in the apartment price.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars fitted with an LPG system. The apartment includes one parking space in the underground garage.
